The Feed sponsors elite athletes in multiple disciplines, forming the company’s first “high performance team”.

Sports nutrition company The Feed sponsors the biggest names in cycling, running, triathlon, skimo and sailing with the vision of encouraging greater participation and inclusion in endurance sports.

Broomfield, Colorado, January 1, 2022 – The Feed, the largest online sports nutrition company, kicks off the 2022 running season with the biggest names in endurance sports. A collective of athletes will be sponsored by The Feed, with the mission of creating a community where the best athletes become the “teammates” of daily health enthusiasts. This is the opportunity to learn from top-in-class athletes in a variety of disciplines about their training, nutrition, races and recovery in order to achieve significant gains in their performance.

Feed CEO and former US Ski Team Head Coach Brandon Dyksterhouse,

We see this as an opportunity for everyday athletes to embrace sport like never before, one example is the recent LIFE TIME® Grand Prix Series announcement. This 6-race series runs from April to October and includes the following events: Sea Otter Classic, UNBOUND Gravel, Crusher in the Tushar, Chequamegon 40, Leadville Trail 100 MTB and Big Sugar NWA.

The Grand Prix is a big deal for our team and the sport in general. Now, with the advent of gravel biking in the United States, we are experiencing a shift from European dominance in the world of cycling. The United States has claimed ownership of the gravel bike as a discipline. Inclusion of the community is part of this exciting transition. The athletes will share the nervousness of the start line on race day with the professionals. Your Weekend Warrior has the option of asking Moriah Wilson about his nutrition plan for the event or pedaling (as best he can) alongside Pete Stetina. If your bike falls flat at mile 85, Sarah Sturm might throw you a new tube. The Grand Prix is about the community and we are excited to amplify the inclusive aspect of the sport and honored to work with athletes who support their community in the same way.
