Parkside Murfreesboro welcomes two new tenants.

Trek Bicycle and Sanitas Medical Center are both expected to open by the end of fall.

“Having two nationally recognized brands like Trek and Sanitas is a key part of Parkside’s vision to be a wellness and lifestyle center for Rutherford County,” said Allen McDonald, Partner Parkside Property Manager.

New tenants will join Climb Murfreesboro, the Primrose Table restaurant, Penn Station submarines, and the Rain Tree Salon and Spa.

Cycle dealer

Trek Bicycle is a world leader in the design and manufacture of bicycles and related products.

The company, headquartered in Wisconsin, is marketed through independent stores around the world.

However, this location will be one of the brand’s flagship stores and the first store run by the company in Middle Tennessee.

Medical care

Like Trek Bicycle, this will be the first location of the Sanitas Medical Center in Middle Tennessee.

The multinational healthcare organization serving more than 5 million people worldwide, with 50 medical centers across the United States. In addition to opening offices in Tennessee, Sanitas has offices in Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey and Texas.

Sanitas has an integrated care model that improves access to quality, culturally appropriate primary and urgent care.
