FIFA 22 released a brand new promo on New Years Eve with the release of the Headliners promo, and Team 1 items are now available to all players.
Headliners feature special player elements of those players who have been excellent performers for their respective clubs during the current season. Naturally, these players grabbed the headlines with their remarkable and consistent performances. Items are given special bonuses to reward their excellent performance in real life.

The Headliners promo was rumored to appear and the FIFA 22 community expected it to precede the TOTY promo. It did indeed with the release of Team 1 of the promo and FIFA 22 players will be able to get special player items from the packs. However, items will have a lower chance, as is the case with any item belonging to a promotion in FIFA 22.

FIFA 22 Headliners Team 1 best cards
Kylian Mbappe’s 93 rated card is the highest rated card in the first release and it is a special card. With 99 Pace and 94 Dribbling, it’s going to be a one-card nightmare to contain in FIFA 22. It’s pretty easily one of the best cards in FIFA 22 yet. Additionally, the map has 90 shots, so a FIFA 22 player will get the pace, trickery, and clinic with the map.
Virgil Van Dijk’s 91 rated card is also a spectacular card. He gives Pace a tremendous boost with a rating of 81. The other set of stats on the card look solid at first glance with an incredible defense of 93 and 87 physique.
