Klodnicki, CMO of consumer electronics leader Skullcandy, has built her career establishing new ways to bring inspiring experiences to consumers. Klodnicki is a longtime professional in the cycling industry who began her career in consumer goods. She was General Manager of Bell and Blackburn from 2012, then joined Vista’s outdoor recreation division in 2016, overseeing Camelbak and other brands.

While at Bell, Klodnicki was based in Santa Cruz, California, where she fell in love with mountain biking. Observing the many barriers to entering the sport, she was inspired to create Girls Rock, whose mission is to inspire women mountain bikers with rides and resources that are supportive, social, fun, and confidence-building. She then used Girls Rock as a model for the Bell Joy Ride program, which extended the same concept to nine cities in North America.
